3. Quotes and Estimates
All quotes and estimates provided via this website, by telephone, or by email are provided in good faith based on the information supplied by the customer at the time of enquiry. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
A quote does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have agreed in writing to the scope of work and price. We reserve the right to revise a quote if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen conditions are discovered during work.
4. Booking and Cancellation
- Work is confirmed upon receipt of a signed acceptance or written confirmation by email.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a charge to cover materials already ordered or labour already allocated.
- We will provide as much notice as practicable if we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, supply issues, etc.).
5. Payment Terms
- Payment terms are stated on the invoice provided at the completion of work.
- Standard payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed.
- We reserve the right to charge statutory interest on overdue invoices in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
- For larger projects, staged payments may be agreed in writing prior to commencement.
6. Our Liability
We carry Public Liability Insurance. Our liability in connection with any service is limited to the value of the work contracted. We are not liable for:
- Loss of earnings, profit, or business opportunity arising from delays or deficiencies
- Pre-existing structural defects or damage not identified at the time of quote
- Damage caused by conditions outside our reasonable control (e.g. extreme weather)
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Workmanship Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of a completed job, please contact us within 12 months of completion and we will return to inspect and remedy any genuine defect at no additional charge, subject to fair wear and tear exclusions.

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, icons, and layout — is the property of Bizflix Infra or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
